47” x 26” – Mixed Media on Handcrafted Wood Panel
This piece was inspired by the intricate beauty of real Flower and Lace agates. I’m always fascinated by the incredible detail found in these natural formations—and I strive to capture that in my art. It took four days to complete this large geode, with one full day devoted entirely to the smallest details.
Layer by layer, I poured tinted resin over a handcrafted wood panel, creating depth, texture, and shine that echoes the organic complexity of agate. Large raw red hematoid points and clear quartz points are incorporated in the middle of this agate. 
This piece is ready to hang—either vertically or horizontally—whatever suits your space best.
